How I achieved this "Curl Poppin" wash & go style...

Saturated hair with warm water
Smoothed in conditioner... used White Rain and Mane & Tail (did not detangle)
Pumped & smoothed in Jane Carter Wrap & Roll
Sealed with EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Covered with plastic cap while showering
Quick rinse with COLD water to close hair cuticle
Squeezed out dripping water with hands
Smoothed in more Jane Carter Wrap & Roll to get curls to POP even more!

Hello Mattisha... You absolutely can twist your hair with the Wrap & Roll. In fact, the purpose it was created was to use as a setting lotion (or foam).
