I live in Florida and all we have is coquina so I have to drive to Pebble Junction for my stones. Fortunately they have the ones you use. Ii is fun to balance 4 at a time over 2 base rocks. 2 in each hand and arrange them so that the top one is the rock that holds them all together and none will balance alone. good luck.

After meeting Kent Avery by the Lost Lagoon the other day, I was thrilled to finally exchange words with "the balancing stones guy." Not only does this artist have great talent but also has a genuine interest in the beauty all around him, be it rocks or people, places or birds etc. This short film succeeds at depicting how fascinating it is to watch a person being present while maintaing balance and therefore, being capable of balancing solid objects around him. Well done!!!

I met Mr. Ken Avery 2 years ago in the beach. I liked him very much. Not only his artistic skills were excellent but also he was so nice and modest. Since then I have been to that beach a few times. Unfortunately I couldn't see the works any more. This video reminds me of the time that I met him and amazed the works.
