Could you point (in UN website) me to the exact resolution in 1948 in which the UN called Kashmir "disputed". Lets not make up history here!

A large chunk of the Kashmiris have actually left Kashmir and settled in other parts of India to avoid violence that a particular neighbor of India sponsors! So first we have to find out who the real Kashmiris are?

And if we use your logic, the Sindhis and the Balochs and the other tribes from Northwest Pakistan should also be given their own country too!

my dear friend we do not claim about Delhi,Mumby or Clacutta etc.Actually,according to Pandit Nehru and resolutions of UN in1948 Kashmire is disputed area.Secondly,do not hand over to Pakistan but hand over to those who own it,I mean Kashmiri people.Besides that Presidant Musheraf gave a few solutions which were also acceptable to India,Pakistan and real partner of this issue Kashmiri people.In order to bring peace,both the countries will have to sacrifice.However,elder brothers should go first.

Yeah India should just hand over kashmir to Pakistan and all problems are solved, right!! No terrorism anymore!! So simple!! Why don't we add Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata just to sweeten the deal! I mean India might as well give up the whole country to Pakistan and its "Amazing" nuclear bombs! And there will be peace and no need for Visa, after all we are "humane" beings!
