Anger is a smoke signal for deeper feelings, and it can help to release this anger through exercise. Do an anger release to get rid of some of the tension with tips from a licensed marriage and family therapist in this free video on individual therapy.

  • it is pretty hard to think about this stuff when im gaming and raging :(

  • when im angry i always take it out on the wrong people without realising it. and when im stressed i always take it out on my family saying "fuck you mom" or "i hate you". like when i was a kid i lived in a bad neighbor hood and my dad was a hardass. nd now whenever im pissed i just explode, like this my ex broke up with me because whenever i was angry i would take it out on her. and about 10 min. later i was just literally on the floor like just screaming and crying because i screwed up.

  • here is the thing no one seems to get......some people grew up in situations where it wasnt safe to stand up for themselves. 99 percent of the people i knew growing up you DO NOT tell them theyre doing something wrong, if you do thats it....youve engaged them and the fight is on!!! and youd better be ready to commit an act of horrendous violence before they kill you. so the only other alternative is to walk away.

  • there's a reason why nice guys get sick and have more health problems than dicks, either learn to change it or go home and punch a bed or something, and stop the negative thought that you can't release anger in a healthy way

  • cant do that. if i were to flip out....someone if not everyone would start picking at me and id end up killing someone. anytime ive ever tried to flip out...someone would come and flip out twice as hard on me and then i really get angry.

  • Do not suppress your anger..don't do it. Shout ya head off if you need to. Then its gone and over and you feel better. Be spontanious coz if you sit on it , you'll just explode on the wrong person or get sad.

    Love yourself, express yourself...its OK.

  • Gosh I get how you feel. I was this way for a long time. Som1 told you your bad if you express anger.right? Nope your not bad. Its natural. its not your job to take crap from ppl. There is a time to be calm and a time to say 'hey, get out of my face' Thats not disrespecting ppl, thats respecting yourself, being kind to yourself. Your disorientated when it comes to looking after yourself. YOU are a wonderful human being.

    Nothing wrong with shouting when your angry.....
