Roark Barron plays his 1933 Lyon Healy modified electro acoustic pedal harp. At outdoor art festivals and in parks, Roark plays harp like no other. Sounds at times like a guitar, a bass, a keyboard and even a harp. Roark started playing music in the 60's as a Surf Guitarist, and began the harp over 30 years ago. Check out RoarkBarron.com for more history, pictures and samples of his music.

The big puppet is the annual burning of the "Zozobra" in Santa Fe, New Mexico every September around Labor day. Do a Google search. Zozobra is the burning of all things doom and gloom. To rid your sorrows.

Wow! I have never heard a harp sound like that before. Nice groove. What is burning in the background of the picture? A big puppet?
