  • THis compilation of the score and the video clips are by far among the best. I love it. If you have the version of this that you made, Laura, could you please send it to me? I played this video the entire holiday season as background music/video on my home theatre. Every one of my gueses loved it.

  • Sorry, I can't send it to you due to copyright laws. But, it is an easy compilation to make if you have the soundtrack.

  • Is it okay to post like say a music video of this movie or short clips of it or is it against copyright laws? thanks.

  • not really, posting video or audio is a violation. Sometimes they don't mind that much, they haven't complained about this yet. I think it helps sell their product :)

  • i don't think that it's illegal to make video like this in youtube xD btw youtube wouldn't be so popular if everyone would just film themselves something and use own music. and this really makes peoples to bu that movie i think that at least 100 peoples have buy it because this so Klaus Badelt or someone would be just happy for that

  • It technically is a copyright violation. I have had several videos pulled due to complaints from the copyright owners. Youtube is involved in a hefty lawsuit over copyright issues. Just depends on how aggressively the copyright holders protect their stuff.

  • The musical score for this movie is just brilliantly excellent.

  • You said it. I've lost my sister more than a decade ago and whenever I listen to music like this, I remember and savor the moment.

  • Did this score snag an Oscar? It should have. Incredible.

  • @solentgreen2020 Time travel is not a way to be with loved ones, its the harshest reality a time traveller can bare... with such ability, you have to abandon loved ones, as in a matter of minutes on a time machine, their lifetimes would have flashed away. And to see a loved one from the past, isn't the loved one you lost. It's someone else, because you are too. Time is not about growing old, but growing older together. Some leave before us, but we come together again.

  • Funny fact: Klaus Badelt once started as a trainee of Hans Zimmer.

It seems Hans isn't just a great composer, but also a great mentor.

  • This is one of my favorite films. The score by Mr. Klaus Badelt is magnificet. Sometimes a watch a film again just to see how the score works in the film. doug

  • Great music!

  • @isokessu

100% right...i think Klaus Badelt will love this....anyway, we love him :-)

  • yeah, well...Kurzweil rules...;-)

  • @LauraWhitehead1

1% in the US hold 85% of all stocks. The top 400 have more net worth than the bottom 50% - that is 155 million people. There is something seriously wrong here. We must find a way to make things work or the winds of revolution will start blowing. I think your discussion here on copyright is interesting. It is not just an academic abstraction. The inequity is a huge huge problem! More than 3 Billion people live on less than $5 a day. Around 2 billion live on less than $2.

  • @LauraWhitehead1 Here we have the happy implications of the 14th amendment:

"nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws".

Giving rise to the simple problem of how to enforce "equal protection"? Money becomes the power by which the powerful beat everyone else into the ground. They have the money to do it. The rich get more powerful. The rest become powerless. I've lost (I don't know ??? ) north of a million $ because I had no means of practical recourse.

  • It used to be just Alan Silvestry and Hans Zimmer.... now ive added Klaus Badelt to my top 3 :) Amazeing inspirative soundtrack :)
