How to Edit FMA RPC Murder and Violence

Okay a gift for HotoriKatamori and Cinderpelt171. ^^ I wanted to edit this for them! So I did!!!

I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE MUSIC AND PICTURES. HOTORIKATAMORI OWNS VIOLENCE AND CINDERPELT171 OWNS MURDER. EVERYTHING BELONGS TO THEIR RESPECTFUL OWNERS.
What I did was that I copied and pasted the picture, outlined it. (Use neon colors.)
Outlining
Green for Hair
Blue for Shadows
Pink for Skin, Eyes, and Mouth
Teal for Clothing
Red for Extra Clothing
Then I saved it in a 16 Bitmap.
Made the eraser bigger (Control +) [On the numberpad] Erased all of it except the outline.
Saved it in a 24 Bitmap
Colored the rest in. ^^
Then saved it in a PNG.
