@TheSPumpkin100 that grummer was great. "they only come out at night" sticks out in my mind as the worst song on mellon collie, but hey, what the hell do i know, i gave up on them around then.

went to see them in dublin years ago. some poor young girl up from the country got crushed to death. wouldn't mind, but she was probably only there coz she liked 1979.

@tommytentiming I've heard East. It's a good song. I listen to a lot of Pre Gish stuff, but the truth is that wasn't their best stuff, and it's not like those songs were played live ever again. The Pumpkins after Gish era had no need for it, and Iha didn't write most of SP's best songs that are seen as classics, he was useless to the band. An average guitarist for a legendary band.
