I'm always for feeling good about yourself, but you also have to take into consideration your health. You are increasing your chances of getting diabetes, heart disease, cancer, etc. I doubt you're getting that overweight on fruits and veggies, but rather high fat/calories food that's only damaging your system. I'm not saying you should strive to be this macho-muscular juice head, but you should want to be healthy and be able to run for 5 minutes without being completely out of breath.

@LucidDreamz I know what you're talking about. I took my health into consideration and already lost like 90 pounds. Now I can walk 7 miles and I love it ;-)
