Top Gear Comes To Smallfield Banger Racing Track With The Famous Big Hit!!

This was when Top Gear (the old one!) came to Smallfield to film. Unfortunately I wasnt racing and was just in the crowd that day but there was some good action and a massive follow in on Mr Tango. Doom is filmed saying he was going to put someone in hospital which was weird as thats what he did to me!! (See my 2nd to last banger race) Not to sure about the comment about £30 jags I didnt come across many of those!! It's been pointed out that it was Tony Mason, at least I got the Tony bit right!!

@mmikeironhorse they had american cars "YANKS" in unlimiteds before this video was taken, the reason they were banned for a while is because someone was seriously hurt in an accident after being hit by one, however they later allowed yanks back at the track maybe 3 years later

LOOOOOL, its a big shame that smallfield aint like that no more, im 14 and I race in jnr's but the i get taken out and smashed to pieces, when its supposed to be non contact. I never race at Smallfields no more its much better on tarmac at angmering so if anyone wants to come and watch some proper racing dont go smallfields, the bangers are to dirty drivers now, most of them have to load up before the final for dirty contact
