@scoumis Bzzzz, Wrong, the L98 uses Coilpacks, you are thinking of the 1985 L98 (L98 Corvette). This motor is a L76, Gen IV, but no, not a LS2
-
the l98s were tpi and a distributor motor not coil pack that in the video is an ls2
-
Little off there bro other dudes write they came out 1st in corvettes 85 like he said cause i got a 86 l98 out of one its in my camaro
-
Now that's what i like to hear
-
@sonnymad I own a 88 Corvette. It came from the factory with an L98 engine.
-
@vettelover2009 .... sorry about that, as I seen your other comments after I already hit the submit button for my first response. ;)
-
@StreetLethalRacing Yeah, I know...read all my comments...I said we were both right.
-
vettelover, GM brought back the L98 engine code.... ;)
-
the l98 was the old TPI
-
L98 are 364 6L not 346 5.7 like the LS1/LS6
US obviously used the same prefix for an earlier motor
the L76 and L98 are nowhere near the same engine...The L98's were available in 85-91 Corvettes...and similar year camaros and firebirds...Your engine appears to be out of the LSX family...Very different

Where did you get that information from ? you better recheck it as the L98 was released in late 05 7 the L98 & L76 were identical engines, the difference was L76 had DOD ....
