The vid is quite nice. Although, may I ask why you left out Chief Officer WIlde and Sixth Officer Moody? They died as heroes there.

Thank you for this video. I loved Lightoller's first appearance in the movie....the grand entrance in that long, sweeping coat. And I most appreciate the scene at :40 of him standing atop the overturned lifeboat directing the others. Too bad that was deleted from the movie. It had to have been one of the most dramatic events of the night. Amazing that anyone could have survived standing on that boat for hours in the freezing cold after being dunked in the ocean.

@baberaider18 Him and Harold Lowe and James Moody were the ones who really understood that.
In the process on making another long awaited video, to all subs it will be another Titanic video. However, song suggestions are need, so please message and comment your suggested songs :D plus how would people feel if i made another officers tribute?

Just found it on Amazon. The rest of the title is "The Odyssey of C. H. Lightoller". I highly recommend it. Has a couple of very amusing tales of his experiences at sea prior to being assigned to Titanic. He took part in the rescue of British soldiers at Dunkirk during Britian's entry into WWII. Lost his youngest son in the opening days of the war and his eldest son in the closing days. Tragic. But he really lived an incredible life.
