Flex is living proof that you do not need a big rib cage or wide clavicles to be a great bodybuilder. He had a rather thin bone structure, with tiny joints, a tiny waist, a small rib cage, and narrow clavicles. That structure also made him look like a cartoon once his muscles were big. Small bone structure plus lots of muscle FTW it gave him the roundest looking muscles too. Small bone frame is way better for bodybuilding. Flex had the best genetic structure ever.

@FireKidSFFD actually i don't know for sure, who would? maybe you should phone call the steiner brothers, or maybe even mighty mike quin, they both took steroids. maybe they would know for sure. As for the synthol, ask the 1996 creator of synthol, chris clark, but i don't know his email apoligies.
