This one is not too difficult, but try not to use the palm or thumb at all. Just the first two fingers.

  • Ok so is the point here to intimidate your opponent? Honestly if I saw someone bending a snapple cap it would not make me scared! If it's for some kind of strength training then i'm sure there's better options.

  • Not really strength training (but I have some clips like that on here) more of a strength test.

  • His forearms are pretty built

  • I've got nothing on Popeye

  • cool

  • Thanks

  • Do you teach drunken style as well ?? (I mean to get all these caps, you have to drink...) I hope I can convince my master of this kind of training !! :-)

  • Neat I'm going to try it tonight.

  • buy a gripper instead

  • guess what.. we a thinking creatures.. your testosterone will pump but my brain will tell me to use items in my surroundings or run. Running is smart cuz you live another day ;) WINK!

  • Thats pretty cool I will do that thank you.

  • AWESOME!!

  • @kungfu531 didnt u watch family guy popeye has forearm cancer

  • well this is not really hard,i dont no maybe in your country those caps are harder -)

  • @Happycripple animal walking on your fingers is the best way but it looks stupid

if you want to look cool then train with weights

  • put a 5cm thick phone book for example into the wall, the punch it every day. It doesn't need to hurt (much), you'll see that in a month you'll be striking it much harder then in the beginning. Same with fingertips.

I don't know if it makes knuckles bigger, I got my right hand knuckles much bibber and more round because of the countless hairline fractures, but there's no point in there because if you get fractures, they're really sore and you can't punch in a long time (week or two)
