Party For Two was the Cadillacs and not released until the 90`s. WPGR 1540 in Philly used to play it extensively.

Yes, Wally Roker formerly of The Heatbeats is the cousin of Al Roker on NBC. They are from Queens. As of 2010 Wally still performs on doo-wop shows, mostly back east...but he's still in Los Angeles with his family.

@Spiderizer Is Wally Roker related to Roxie Roker or Al Roker? Quite a few blacks in Queens have these Dutch names so there might be a connection.
