March 21, 2009 - It's a beautiful completely cloudless sunny day here in central Maine, perfect for solar cooking. Today I'm cooking a stuffed butterfly pork chop with yellow potatos, carrots and onions. I seasoned it with basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Solar cooking days don't get any better than this.
what was the outside air temp? i see the wind was blowing also. i cant believe that a solar oven can work when the air temp is cold, im amazed. good vid thanx. im in upstate NY im totally gonna try some solar oven designs.
