March 21, 2009 - It's a beautiful completely cloudless sunny day here in central Maine, perfect for solar cooking. Today I'm cooking a stuffed butterfly pork chop with yellow potatos, carrots and onions. I seasoned it with basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Solar cooking days don't get any better than this.
