These swat members are a bunch of knuckle heads. They should all be fired. If you are involved in things like this as your job you should know how to actually conduct a proper raid, and you should know about trigger control. The fact that one cop in the video is shown reaching around the door to fire over his partners head proves that these guys are untrained whackos who shouldn't be allowed to carry guns if they don't know the basics of safety and acquiring a target and then neutralizing it.

What a bunch of heroes, true badasses. They graduated high school with a C average, got a membership to 24 hour fitness and managed to pass a civil service exam.
