Y wife made this pie last year. This was the hit of the party. Now, everyone who tasted the pie last year has talked about all year. They can't wait till she makes it again. Thanks so much. Because of you, my wife is known as making the best pecan pie ever tasted! :)

A pecan is a nut in a shell.
A pee-can is a large tin can on the back porch one uses when it's too cold in the winter to go to the outhouse.

Now that's a MUCH quicker way to chop those pecans! I actually do have a mixer similar to that and I'll use it next time, make an easy and delicious recipe even easier! The collars a good tip too, thanks for attaching this to my vid :)

Great video! What is the last ingredient after the salt? I couldn't hear it...is there an ingredients list somewhere?

The last ingredient is a tablespoon of flour, it gives the filling some body so it doesn't run when you cut it.
