Let's all blame the violence in the city on him. Is it his responsibility to be watching all these kids of these stupid, idiotic parents who have no control over their own kids who join gangs and go out late at night? Not really. Instead they blame all of it on Daley. I mean the interviews of the parents after their kids get killed are just pathetic. If anything, its the idiots killing off the idiots, and they are the only ones that can stop it.
