sometimes if a female is in labor and having a hard time of it a male (even if he is fixed) will mount i think it helps with the delivery i have seen this happen plenty of times bringing strays into my life the females i take in are almost always pregnant because the owners that don't get their pets fixed are the same ones that throw them out like trash

They are animals and will do what they want being animals and yes they do survive, but just out of being a HUMAN and not an animal, I think it would have been a good thing for the pets owner to remove the male cat during this delicate time. I hope they are both doing well and the kittens also. Post a video of the new family.
