questionn how good is the urban decay glide on liner for staying on the waterline?

my eye always gets watery and it smudges it really quickly, thanks :]

it smudges like any other eyeliners =(

for me tho..

try using a liquid eyeliner.. it stays longer.

I havent found a good eyeliner pencil that doesnt smudge quickly!

@Mzzvaine I think you should try the MAC pearlglide eyeliners. I've tried every kinds of eyeliner pencil from drugstore brands to high end brands and MAC was the only one that unbelievably worked! It rarley even smears. But if you do put it on the water line, it might, but not on last line.
