Its such a culture that His father, an African with a Phd from Harvard in the 60's could not even get a job in, because he believed in merit and honest work. It is the evils of people like Moi and those from all Kenyans tribes who support their own Moi's that lead to the ouster of Obama Sr., depression, and eventual death. A man with a Phd from Harvard...I hope my Kenyan Brothers and Sisters can see the tragedy of this, and imagine how that mans son, first Black President of America see Kenya

Kenya will not be respected by the real nations of the world until educated Kenyans take the corrupt from society and sacrifice them for the sins they have brought upon so many so many people. The disgust from Obama is not a coincidence, it is because of ignorant, authoritarian, and absolutely immoral individuals like Moi and the fact that Kenyans don't raise up claim there dignity that Obama treats Kenya the way he does.

where is the revolutionary leadership in Kenya, where is the Rawling's, the Paul Kagame's. Don't Kenyans understand that men such as Moi in a decent societies is either killed or put in prison for the rest of his life. He stole hundred of millions for himself, and his friends, assasinated politicans, allowed the police to kill people during elections, we all know he gave out hundred of thousands of acres, but look now..that act also will lead to the death of thousands more Kenyans..

Moi was a good leader. Moi had patience.We had peace. He handed presidency peacefully...Kenyatta was'nt patient. He's the one who started all the drama. Kibaki is the worst of the three presidents.
Raila odinga will be twice as bad as Kibaki if elected as power wielding president. I have seen no leader...may be the late Kijana Wamalwa was, Dr.Robert Ouko, Bonaya Godana etc...and Lol Kihika kimani,
