Might I ask how you got Windows 8 to connect to the internet?
I know it's a bit off topic, but I'm running it through Bootcamp and it just doesn't want to find wifi signals.

@TylerZed I am not too sure about that but I think I had the same problem... I connected the Macbook to the internet with an ethernet cable and than Windwos (Update) solved the W-lan problem for me ;)

@TylerZed I was running windows 7 and dual booted with windows 8, during set-up it gave me my wifi options. You might need to buy a wireless dongle if you can't get it to work :)
