We need to create just for the fact of creation itself - without waiting for appreciation from the others. Only this approach means the true creativity, in my humble opinion. So we have the whole lifetime for developing our abilities its not bad, I think.

Vice versa - such people can be the good examples for us, they can push us to our own creativity by their deserved fortune, indeed. Im absolutely sure that every person is talented and gifted in something. And I see that you are gifted also (and ambitious too!:) Of course, not every person is lucky enough to become successful and admitted one. But you know from the high point of view it doesnt matter whether we are rich and famous or we arent.

But I think we must not stick with this feeling! We should just let it go, or even transform our jealousy to gratefulness, appreciation, and acknowlegement. Because due to such people like Laura Marling our life is better and much more interesting - we are able to delight their immortal art. On the other hand we have to be more self-confident, we shouldn't feel creative impotence because of someone's success!
