In her presentation, Intuitive Nutrition, Nancy tells you what nutrition really is and why diets don't work. She explains the difference between primary and secondary foods and that there are other areas of your life that can affect your health. You will explore the importance of water, chewing and breathing as well as mind/body techniques like meditation and relaxation. Do you know what the S.A.D. Diet is? This presentation will tell you and much more.
i like to take spring water and brew black teas and herbal teas sweetened with honey and turbino sugar. my favorites are St Dalfour black teas, Celestial Seasons Tension Tamer, Camomile/Ginger combo. chill in frig. you'll never need Coke/Pepsi again!

Great ideas.Thank you so much!
BUT, personally, I did not like calling what other people do, as: "Isn't that funny?" Putting down the unknown or foreign. FYI the reason people drink warm beer is because the beer is of high enough quality and taste that warm is better..like many people eat apple pie warmed up. Generally you can't do that with mainstream American beer becasue of the poor quality and taste. Thanks again for the great information.
