  • Dana, I must ask you this: What did you and your bridesmaids carry in the little drawstring bags? I've never seen that particular accessory at a wedding before.

    Maybe the contents will be made known later in the wedding ceremony ?

  • I don't know if they carried anything, but I carried my asthma inhaler & touch up lipstick in mine. :)

    They were standard accessories for 19th century ladies so I had my dressmaker make the little matching drawstring purses, since I need to keep my inhaler on me and I hate having to shove it in my bra when there are no pockets. :)

  • Ah, I did not know you're name was pronounced Donna.

  • Yup. It's a Macedonian name. Dana = both "a"s are soft vowels. Dah - Nah Very, Very Close to "Donna" but not quite. :)
