Nike SPARQ Training NSTC: Oscar Smith Football Showcase

Nike SPARQ Training! We were in scenic Chesapeake, Virginia today testing the AAA Eastern Region's Southeast District at Oscar Smith High School. Nine teams showed up with a lot of energy and excitement, and several athletes posted exceptional SPARQ Ratings helping their respective teams to post equally exceptional scores.

ESPN is going to be fliming Oscar Smith high school today while they go against the Flordia indians i am super excited i am a cheerleader for Oscar Smith which is located in Chesapeake, VA it is going to be packed with thousands of people the parking is going to be extreme! Today is the showcase at @ 7:00- 11:59 i am very nervous and very aware not to mess up because I never know if the camera is fliming us Cheerleaders or not well.............. GO OSCAR SMITH TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!

If you want to rely on "rankings" - Manti Te'o is #2 Overall of any position by ESPN and top rated LB. Vontaze Burfict is #9 Overall of any position and top rated LB by Rivals. Manti Te'o is #6 Overall of any position and top rated LB by Scout. "Rankings" don't mean everything, Sean Spence was #13 OLB, Ed Reed was only a 3 star, Ray Lewis was a Safety/OLB not highly rated, Santana Moss had only two offers (Miami and some small Kentucky school) - and many others that weren't "5" stars.

You even know how to break down film effectively - not just look at the inferior competition a kid blows past, using only physical tools and not technique or brains as well? Askew is going to Rocky Top UTenn .. the kid is nasty fast to the ball, explosive. I'd take him over Jelani Jenkins any day. I'm not saying Jenkins is bad ... but Askew I think will be a lot better on Saturdays.
