ofcourse runs slower that dx9
fps = 23-50+
recording 15-30+ [i think i have broke something because of low fps :D:D ]

hi i just bought a new pc intel core 2 duo e4700 with a gecube hd3850 256 mb and 2gb ddr2. i install the game and it lags terribly. fps like 5-10 and the screen jams every 2-3 seconds. everything on low still. plz help

hmm i dont know , meybe you havent installed drivers correctly ?

The 9800gtx does deliver higher fps generally (like 10fps or 15fps more than the 8800) but take my word for it that it is overpriced and is generally not much of an improvement. I'd reccomend the 8800gtx. Unless you're not on a low budget in which case go for the 9800. Remember: when the 8800gtx was released it cost 900 Euros!

i had lower fps when changing driver, the thing is that u need to uninstall ur current driver,reboot , run a registry clean up,reboot and then install the new ones the program i use is drivercleaner pro, give it a try totally worth it, i got like 50% more fps now and can even play most of my games at 1920x1200 and i got a 3870, it has the same core as your 3850 just overclocked

This card sucks ass I know 3 people who had it and I had it and it gave us all unfixable driver errors.

you cant, ubisoft put a bug into the game so that if its not installed with the disk code (straight off of the disk) it will crash. so using a pirated version is a waste of time and hard drive space

i bought this for my laptop for ten bucks at walmart, every thing but my processer will run the game perfectly. it calls for 2.6 ghz intel pentium D. sadly i have an AMD with only 1.6 ghz :( so i have to run the game in the lowest quality so it wont lag

sorry for the late reply but you will have to buy a new proccessor at least 2.8 GHz to get the game running smooth
