I am starting a new series on Diesel to really jack up your core training. It is titled the "Hardest Core Exercise EVER" series. It will contain some of the hardest core training exercises ever created. Most are used with the athletes or bodybuilders I train at Diesel. Needless to say, there are very tough.

  • What if i dun have a glute ham raise or a roman chair in my gym? Can a sit-up board suffice?

  • Hey smitty what about doing the opposit move; face down on the GHR and do back extension with KB (or DB) row in each hand?

  • This exercise looks brutal. I don't have a sit-up board or a GHR bench at the gym I'm at. Generally I do all my situps/abs on the floor with a set of dumb-bells over my ankles with a medicine ball held straight up. I'm guessing as long as i keep my shoulders off the floor, I can get similar results using dumb-bells and pressing that way?

  • Investing in some kettle bells soon! Gunna have to go with 1 or 2 20lb or 25lbs though, those look huge haha.
