  • Dude you must be 5'5 cause your fucking huge for 160! You a wrestler?

  • Your a pussy!

  • Aha ur pretty big for 160 must be short i'm 5`8 153 i can do that with a constant rep of 10 so from the look of our comparison you can do more then that. chump work harder at the gyme.

  • I'm telling him he's got potential, not showing off myself. And shame on whoever gave me a negative rating. If you kiddies want a video that bad I'll get my g/f to take a short clip with her camera when i'm doing my sets -_-. But once again, my point was not to show off myself, I'm saying this guy can build up to a heck of a lot more, probbably moreso than what I can do.

  • ya thats what i do. . .not sure why so many guys want to use that awkward backbrace

  • Why dont you use a 100lb dumbell?

  • Where's your video?

  • you are fucking thick for 160lbs...what are you 5ft 2??

  • great job.check out my video.I do 115lbs x 9

  • Not bad, but with your build you should be able to do a hell of a lot more weight as you keep working up on it. I weight 175 pounds and am a bit taller than you and I can managed three sets of ten reps with 135 pounds, so you should easily be able to get up to 150 or so eventually. Might as well just go for your own body weight actually -_-.
