  • The Mirage used to house their tigers in the lobby of the hotel, but removed them from much criticism from guests and visitors. We think that if enough people just stop visiting and voiced an opinion, they will eventually remove this attraction as well. Dolphins belong in the ocean, not in captivity!

If you agree with us and think that this dolphin habitat is indeed a dolphin death pool, please share, tweet, and talk about it!

  • @1969lollieke The dolphins at our facility are healthy and well-cared for. The expert staff of veterinarians and marine biologists who work at the Dolphin Habitat demonstrate every day that they provide the best possible care for our animals. The US Department of Agriculture conducts annual reviews of our facilities and has determined the Habitat is in full compliance with all federal regulations.

  • These poor animals are in the middle of the desert, not even close to their natural environment, the ocean. This place is open to attract tourists and make money. If a dolphin dies, they just replace it with another one. This cycle has to stop!

  • Since its opening in 1990, this pool has been the death sentence of over 14 dolphins. The resort claims that it takes excellent care of its animals but the facts seem to prove otherwise. The pool is located in the heart of Las Vegas and specifically next to a busy highway. If you lived next to constant gas fumes from thousands of automobiles, you’d develop respiratory problems too!
