it wasnt a drill ...look at the bottom of the screen where the arrows are at...that man hole is covered and sealed ..secret service most likely was in that spot days earlier ..only the secret service covers man holes on the president route..to keep bombs and etc to fight terror..potus was probably in the second car..good video..very rare to see a small crowd
