@incognitor So thats TWO people that have told me i can dodge it. Still afraid of dying if i fail though. that death scene is pretty brutal dude.

I found that the MPFB Devastator wasn't too bad at hurting him, though you'd probably just about run out of ammo.

Actually there is a secret weapon called massacare that is also a very effective way of defeating him. Though, after watching him beaten by Resonance Reflector I highly suggest the use of the Resonance Reflector.

Isn't General Tor impossible to kill without Resonance Reflector?
Like, he shoots those loaded energy balls which you should reflect back to his face... If you don't, you'll miss three energy balls and he loads a Phantom Hammer and that's an instakill...
If not, how can you beat him without Resonance Reflector?
Oh yeah, and of course I love this game :D

Phantom Hammer is easy to avoid. Killing Tor without resonance reflector is almost impossible. Iji will probably ran out of best weapons ammo. worse weapons will do minimal damage. and that will be a very long fight.

Err, how to avoid the Phantom Hammer? Tor always manages to shoot me to dust when he uses Phantom Hammer to me...

Tor will charge his weapon, then he stomps the ground. You must do a low jump before he stomps.
