Every 2mins perform 2 squat snatches (70kg) and 10 renegade rows 24kg bells/dumbbells x 10 rounds. Missed reps have to be completed before you can move on to the rows.
Really stiff on these first two rounds and loosened out as i went on. Lat 3 rounds of 10 I used 75kg
