I posted a 2lb gain this week. Kinda bummed but there are some factors that play into this... for one, getting relaxed about my eating and then I also worked 60 hours this past week... neither one a winning combo for weight loss! I absolutely will post a loss next week. I'm making sure of it.
Hey don't get down on yourself. This week try a new routine pack your breakfast and lunch the night before. Do this everyday and make sure you have a few healthy snacks that you carry with you to work just in case you feel hungry during the day. If you eat 5 times a day 3 meals and 2 snacks it will satisfy you better than only eating 3 meals a day. Good Luck and hopefully planning the night before or on your day off will help.
