She Shepherd children attacked a Japanese vessel, the Yushin Maru No.3 (YS3). During this disgusting behavior these cowards they hurled 80 glass bottles filled with butyric acid at the Japanese vessel. Thirty of those bottles crashed on the decks, scattering broken glass on the slippery decks. They launched five smoke bombs, and riddled the ship with paint ball projectiles.

The trust-fund babies then dropped ten propeller wire ropes to disabled the ships propeller leaving it dead in the frigid waters of the Southern Ocean. The Yushin Maru No.3 issued a MAYDAY, however Sea Shepherd villains continued the attack for hours after the Mayday was broadcasted. Sea Shepherd's Bob Barker in the vicinity did not respond to the distress signal. This was a clear violation of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, Article 98, page 54 (see PDF link below), section 1, paragraph b "duty to render assistance."

Hours later Sea Shepherd to cover their soiled posteriors released a video showing a child on the Godzilla / Gojira Sea Shepherd vessel radioing the Japanese vessel offering to assist. Admiral Beauregard Watson (formerly Captain Kangaroo) said they offered assistance but was ignored. The Sea Shepherd vessel offering assistance hours after the Mayday call, and hours after they continued to harass the disabled vessel was the vessel causing the Japanese ship to be disabled. The Sea Shepherd propaganda continues:

The Sea Shepherd dingy / zodiac and Godzilla / Gojira kept criss-crossing the bow of the Japanese ship while it was in motion. Sea Shepherd then post a photograph on its soiled website taken from the Godzilla / Gojira showing the huge Japanese vessel looming down on Sea Shepherd's garbage scow (Godzilla / Gojira). Given the impression along with the caption below the photo that the Japanese ship was attempting to ram them. Never mind it was the Godzilla / Gojira who dangerously sailed in the direct path of the Yushin Maru No.3 to take the photo and possibly wishing to be rammed to create another Ady Gil situation for their videos.

Where are the Japanese Navy and/or Coast Guard (JMSDF)? They are off the Horn of Africa, the Somali coast to deter Somali pirates. Has Japanese shipping been the victim of Somali pirates? Japanese vessels are in peril in the Southern Ocean, and one can only ask: "where is the Japanese Navy?

  • What an ASS!, I hope sea shepher sink all whaling japanese ships, those f* murderers deserve it!

  • @PropagandaBuster You. Definitely.

  • @PropagandaBuster Please sir could you inform me of where you are getting your information regarding the Mayday call which was isuesed By the Japanese Vessel Yushin Maru No.3. From the above video you are saying that Both Sea shepherd Vessel's didn't respond to there Mayday, the Australian Maritime Safety Authority Rescue Office in Hobart picked up the May day as well as my Station we both heard no more then two mins after the may day call both Sea- Shep boats replying to there call.

  • the sea shephard is at war with the whaler...when did you ever see a ship at war shoot another vessel then take them to the hospital?, it defeats the purpose of having shot them in the first place.. is this guy for real?

  • Unless a country is going to claim and police a particular area of water, I say what laws?

  • is this guy living in his mothers sewing room

  • @1RebelDog1 What kind of propaganda have you been listening to? Someone ought to throw you to the sharks, racist.

  • @1RebelDog1 Can I use him as fish bait?

  • 3 things, Antarctic Treaty, False Mayday and bamboo spear. Tony, as any good Admiral of the Texas Navy should know, the Antarctic Treaty (which Japan has sighed but has violated on many occasions) prohibits the use of any military in the Antarctic zone. The Antarctic area is setup to be used for research, and i dont mean the type of "research" japan is conducting. If Japan were to send a military ship down that far south, it would be a major violation and possibly an invasion of the area.

  • 2nd thing is the false Mayday. Sea Shepherd responded to the mayday very quickly from both vessels. When the Y3 did not respond on the radio to them and began to make way again, it was confirmed that they had issued a false mayday. A False mayday is very illegal in Austrian search and rescue waters, and in international waters for that matter. In the U.S. it results in a minimum of $5,000 fine and prison time. Issuing the mayday was very irresponsible and illegal on the part of the captain
