the 1.9s are cool.. i heard a lot about them as far as performance wise but it seems to be a bit of a durable motor if taken care of.. i recently purchased my escort for 200 and it needed a new transmission so i swap out the trans and got the clutch and flywheel enhanced. plus new hardware for her. :)
