Loved it, as Alex said the band had a connection that night with the audience.
I will never forgot the gig as it was something special, trouble is no other gig I will see will ever beat that high bench mark.

This was after he sung To The End. People always go on about Tender being the best song, but End just did it for me that night. End of the song when it fades, Damon just sat back, took in where he was, playing with his old mates and realized how fucking brilliant Blur and the crowd were that night. Never forget that moment and Glastonbury 2009 will always be one of the highest points in my life. Just awesome. I was smiling for 5 hours straight going home.

I love this moment. probably up there with the best moment of his life. We all must realise the amount of shit they went through as a band the first time round. All the bollocks atention thay got from the screaming adolesant teenybopper 13 year olds that they never felt comfortable with. That whole britpop era nearly drove them all mad. (especialy Graham). This is the first time they have really been able to simply be blur in a very long time. I love these guys and they deserve thier greatness.
