@PinePowerLI well the thing is...
a) Nordstrom wants to see how it does (which so-far the on Tuesday [opening day] and today it was equally crowded)
b) Nordstrom is desperately looking for a place to put a full-line East Coast flagship store in Manhattan but so-far cannot find a plot of land that would be able to house a full-line Flagship Nordstrom... They usually prefer a custom-built building as well
