Zawose construction

Filling the stage with Kifusi (dirt).

The builder uses different labourers (Fundis) each day. The process of dividing who does which job is akin to watching children fighting over sweets. In the morning the main builder will tell a group of fundis a list jobs need done for the day. There is shouting, pushing, kicking and punching whilst the fundis split the jobs between themselves. In this video, today two of the Zawoses were also working for the builder and managed to negotiate the shovelling of the dirt into from
where it was dumped by the truck to where it belongs in the stage.

On top of this Kifusi 4 inches of concrete will be laid.
