Wow, that was great. Usually with extremely flexible girls, their moves can look unstable or like contortionists, but she was so creative with how she used her strengths that it was really interesting to watch. Wonderful technique.

I miss when flexibility like this added to the style of a few gymnasts instead of replacing control, precision and elegance like it does today.
The old leotards were so much more elegant too, not like the neon collages worn now.
