am a belly dancer and agree with mom2raiandjas; very similar to MJ routine, a few belly rolls but basically too similar. Good dancing but don't bill it as bellydance as it is not!

Just for the record mom2raiandjas, The choreography was actually taken from ThrillTheWorld (there's a website that goes along with it) - it's not the the exact bit from the MJ video. And Monique did modify some of the moves in it (we worked on it in class and modified some of the moves to be more belly dance), so it's not just thriller in belly dance costumes.

Disappointed in this for a couple of reasons. First, it says choreographed by Monique Ryan...actually, 90% of this was choreographed by Michael Jackson, since most of these moves were taken directly from his video. (plagiarism) Secondly-I was hoping that this would be a BELLY DANCE choreography to this song...not copying all of Michael's moves while wearing belly dance costumes.
