BINGE DRINKING IN AMERICA: Part 2 of 3
What if an American President used alcohol to buy votes to get elected? What if Federal Judges interrupted court proceedings to drink alcohol? While few would deny that alcohol has been a problem for our society, many would be astonished to know we drink less today than in earlier periods in our history.
This is the story of America as seen from the bottom of the drinking glass, and the astonishing role alcohol has played in the history of our nation.

  • alcaholism isn't a disease, they just say that so they can sell you a cure.

  • AA is NOT an effective method for treating alcoholism. It is one approach that claims to have the answer to each and every persons' drinking problem, using just one single solution: the 12 steps. This is supposed to apply to every case of alcoholism. It's a scam. And no, alcoholism is not a disease.
