Elim Vision and Calling

Everything changes. While that is true for Elim, where humble beginnings in a church basement have resulted in a world-class, comprehensive special needs services organization, it is also true that Elim's core mission has not changed at all. Elim equips people with special needs, particularly with developmental disabilities, to achieve their highest God-given potential. Elim pursues this mission because we believe that each person has been created in God's image, and has a place, a purpose and - yes - a calling in His kingdom. Today, Elim is more committed than ever to developing the best programs on its two Chicago-area campuses. By God's grace, the practices we develop here can continue to be shared with special needs professionals and those who care about people with disabilities throughout our country, and throughout our world.
