Wolf Blitzer in the CNN Situation room discusses Geraldine Ferraro's controversial, bordering on racist statement about Barack Obama. According to the Daily Breeze, Ferraro said:
"If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position. And if he was a woman he would not be in this position.
He happens to be very lucky to be who he is.And the country is caught up in the concept."

I am certaily not a fan of Geraldine Ferraro [that feminist Jesuit stooge] but she has a right to make perfectly legitimate points without being labeled a "racist".
Being labeled a "racist" today is about the equivalent of being labeled a "heretic" in the middle ages.
It is now political suicide to be labeled a "racist" by the the popular media so I have a degree of respect for any public figure who is honest about the RACIST anti-white double standard in this country.
No we wont forget the 'one drop rule.' . Nor should you Negro. And Obama sure as hell shouldn't. Because It was his 'white blood' that did it for America. He's still funny looking though.
He was very lucky to be who he was. You are ignorant to the world as we know it if you don't think him being black swayed people one way or the other. It goes both ways, but in the case of the election, being black did alot of good for him.
You'd think that Geraldine Ferraro belonged to a sexist church for 20 years or
was married by a racist minister, or
purchased her million dollar mansion through a convicted felon, or
or ran an age-ist campaign against a former veteran who had difficulty using computers because of a crippled arm due to 5 years of torture in a POW camp, or
called a female VP candidate a "pig with lipstick'" or
or had supporters who wore T-shirts saying "Bros Before Whores
I'm both white and black. But I consider myself Black because I look more black than I do white. Plus, I identify more with the black side of my family than I do the white side. I'm not saying that this may be the case in regards to Obama....but he did marry a Black woman didn't he? Basically, I'm just saying there was a time when whites didn't accept race mixing. A lot of them still don't. But now it should change cause Obama is president and they wanna remind us of his half white side? Please!
i know this comment is mad old but people refer to him as Black for a few reasons
1. HE refers to himself that way. a.) read his books "The Audacity of Hope" b.) If he weren't running for President (at the time since he has now been in office) he's just be another educated, black man.
People can't tell that just by looking at him he has a white mother. But now since he's President they wanna say...."well, he's half white, too.....thats bull. Remember the "one drop" rule?

People were certainly caught up in the concept of a black president, because of this they did not view Obama objectively.
If he was a white man with hardly any political [domestic or foreign policy] experience there is not a chance in hell he would have been elected.
He's still funny looking though.
