@timher01 chael can take anyone down at 185, mark is a good wrestler but Im not sure if he could take luke down, I know rockhold is a big MW, he spars w fitch, kos, cain, daniel cormier king mo 3 x a week, but Idk if luke wreslted in college like mark and chael did, makes a big difference, training mma and training mma after competing in div I wrestling for 4 yrs, I think luke is good but Id think that chael would grind out a decision vs him , probably mark too, his gn lb is na

@timher01 good points for sure. sonnen and mark have wrestled their entire lives. munoz ground n lb is unreal. mark has a gym in orange county CA , lake forest, there are lots of good gyms in SoCal, Alliance in san diego and kings mma in huntington beach is good too, luke drove from santa cruz to SJ and they had him spar pros and he did well, he trains w dc, cain, kos, fitch, not sure if he could stop chael or munoz t/d. IDK how good lukes t/d defense is

i def see where you are coming from but i do think he could beat most of the top 10 UFC MW's, Mia would actually be a tough match up but i could see him grinding a close decision, much like he did against souza, as far as sonnen is concerned i see sonnen controlling alot of that fight but with sonnen's weak submission defense and rockhold being a legit bjj brown belt i see rockhold catching sonnen in either a guillotine or a triangle like silva did, good insight though

@mjccmc82 I really dont think Luke can fight Sonnen or Munoz, he has more of a chance against Silva. Sonnen and Munoz's ground and pound and wrestling is just too devastating and I've never seen Rockhold fight anyone like them.
