This program offers students the opportunity to learn to more effectively manage their own dairy farm or to work for a dairy operation. Dairying has become one of the most specialized areas of agriculture, and this program is designed to meet the needs of operating a modern dairy farm.

The program offers courses in business management, livestock, finances, record keeping, feeding, housing, breeding, and milking to maintain a productive, healthy dairy herd. Additional areas of instruction include computerized records analysis, genetics, and marketing. Students who complete this program have the option of transferring into Agribusiness or Individual Technical Studies programs on campus or to a four year college through prearranged articulation agreements.
