@yellowkadoris Soften the cream cheese in the microwave.

Sift the flour.

Next, starting with the crust. Place the cookies in the bag, and crush it. Add the butter and mix well. Place them into a pan.

For the Cheesecake, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually add the sugar, separating it into two or three times. Add the flour. Add half of the egg and mix well, and add the rest.

Do the same with the heavy cream. Add the lemon juice.
