David Goldman Custody Ruling?

The national custody battle to bring a 9-year-old boy back to the U.S. could be over. Brazil's Chief Justice will rule on the appeal by David Goldman to bring his son Sean home. Manuel Gallegus reports.

Kerryoke68, nao entendo bem seu idioma, mas o que quero dizer em vergonha nacional, é porque como pode a justiça Brasileira aceitar un possível nao sequestro. Sinto uma enorme indignaçao quanto a esse assunto. Senti uma alegria imensa ao ver Sean voando ao USA. Acho que a família Bianchi nao deveria ficar impune pelo ato criminoso de sequestro.

Pimentinha, It is not a shame on your nation, just the family that kidnapped him. Just as families in America who have kidnapped children should be forced to give them back. I am grateful to Brazilian citizens for being so supportive in this case. I am overjoyed that Sean is coming home. There will surely be rejoicing when they are on the plane. But my heart goes out to so many parents of abducted children. IMany of us will never stop fighting for them. This should never happen.

Eu sendo brasileira, nao posso entender como pode a família brasileira de Sean, aceitar ter seu neto consigo durante 5 anos, sabendo que ele havía sido sequestrado. UMA VERGONHA NACIONAL!
