dallaselectras-There is so much disinformation and misinformation out there that the best thing we all can do is to trust our own intuition in deciding what to believe. Using logic and intellect also adds to our discernment skills, but intuition is the key. I hope this response helps answer your question.

That's an exercise I am practicing now. And I need to meditate more though. I haven't done it yet because I think I have prejudices ... and I am stuck in the intellect, in shallow science, etc.

You know you can meditate about it, you can also just learn it through experience. I discovered as a little boy I had this feelings that always turned out to be right. I never stopped listening to that feeling, and it helps me with everything, that is if I listen:P sometimes I ignore these feelings because I chose intellect and logic over them. What every time turns out to be the wrong choice:P Intuition has helped me more than any logic or intellect has ever done.
